Four items relating to Robert Bowne. One autograph letter, signed, dated New York, February 26, 1787, to William Sykes regarding payment on a shipment of goods; two certificates for stock in the Pepacton Turnpike Road and Bridge Company of Kingston, N.Y., dated September 30, 1806 and August 31, 1807; and a short note directing Peter Schermerhorn of Stewart & Jones to furnish the bearer with "a small cable" to be charged to Bowne's account, dated May 12, 1785.
